- Support Payroll Operations. Ensure accuracy of statutory calculation for local reporting and compliance, and accuracy of other payments and deductions processed via payroll
- Deliver accurate payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders and Remittance of payments to tax authorities, government offices, and 3rd parties
- Adhere to payroll process steps and controls
- Manage employees' inquiries/requests; support process or project initiatives where required
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager and third-party vendor to prioritize business and information needs
Požadujeme
- Professional qualification in a related field (Payroll, HR, Finance, or Accounting), 3 + years relevant experience handling payroll preferred
- Fluent German and English speaker
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in the use of MS Office applications
- Ability to cope with ambiguity and change, and maintain a high level of professionalism when working under pressure, and the ability to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills within a multi-cultural business environment
