Senior Program Manager – Automotive (Wiring Harness / EDS)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex automotive programs in the area of Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS). This role offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end program delivery in a highly international environment, working closely with global teams and leading OEM customers. The position includes an initial assignment in South Korea, followed by relocation to Europe (Slovakia or the Czech Republic).

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead wiring harness (EDS) programs from RFQ through to End of Production (EOP)
- Take full ownership of program delivery, including timing, cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer (OEM, primarily Hyundai Motor Company), ensuring alignment with requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance) across multiple regions
- Collaborate with manufacturing plants in Europe (e.g., Serbia, Tunisia, Slovakia, Czech Republic) to ensure smooth launch and production ramp-up- Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and drive corrective actions
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer between Korea and European teams- Provide regular program updates and reports to senior management and global stakeholders
- Support and mentor local teams in program management best practices
- Work in a highly international environment with extensive travel (up to 100%)

Požadujeme

- Minimum 8 years of experience in program/project management within the automotive industry
- Proven experience with wiring harness / EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) – mandatory
- Strong track record of managing programs from RFQ through SOP to EOP- Experience working directly with OEM customers (e.g., Hyundai Motor Company or Kia Corporation)
- Fluency in English and Korean (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities- Strong competencies in program planning, risk management, and cost control
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or similar)- Willingness to work in Korea initially and relocate to Europe (Slovakia or Czech Republic) afterward
- High flexibility for frequent international travel
